Built inside a real club

Made by a grassroots club chairman. Shaped at Staincross Rangers JFC.

Playlee was created by Luke Griffiths, chairman of Staincross Rangers JFC, a youth soccer club in England, to tackle the problems grassroots clubs deal with every week: collecting registrations and fees, organizing teams, and keeping coaches and parents up to date.

Staincross Rangers is where Playlee has been developed and tested, using real club operations. Feedback from the club's coaches, parents and committee has shaped the features clubs use today.

The aim is professional club software any grassroots club can afford: Playlee Clubs has no setup fee and no subscription, and charges only a small fee on payments collected through it.

Having experienced first-hand the challenges and costs of running a grassroots football club, I wanted to build something better. We've developed and refined Playlee using Staincross Rangers JFC, working with our coaches, parents and committee to create software that genuinely makes running a club easier.
